PTC 10 Day Defensive Tactics Instructor Course Overview: This physically demanding course is designed to familiarize and certify law enforcement personnel to instruct trainees in the defensive tactics techniques required and approved by the NJ Police Training Commission. This course will follow the material found in the PTC Defensive Tactics Manual.   Pre-requisites: Prior completion of a Methods of Instruction course (MOI) is required or at a minimum should be scheduled and confirmed. Signed approval from the participant's Chief/Sheriff/Prosecutor or designee confirming attendance for all 10 days of the course.
